The portal website is based on a pay per lead model, so you don't pay anything to add your properties but you only pay when you receive leads. You can add an unlimited number of properties for free, also by using a XML link. When you receive information enquiries you need to have credits in your account. You can add budget in your account from € 350 (10 leads). A total overview of the costs can be found in the dashboard, for which you need to create an account. Any costs incurred are deducted from the budget that you upload into your account.
