Luštica Development, a subsidiary of Swiss-based Orascom Development Holding (ODH), was founded as a joint venture between ODH (90%) and the government of Montenegro (10%) in 2008. The project, worth 1.1 billion euros, is the first greenfield investment in Montenegro. Environmental stewardship, preserving the cultural heritage and architectural authenticity of Montenegro, with deep respect for the interests of the local communities, are an integral part of Luštica Development’s culture.
